Location across from Plaza Bib Rambla made exploring Granada super easy. The room had a lovely decor with sufficient space. Enjoyed two balconies offering great views and added charm. Staff went above and beyond in accommodating dietary needs during breakfast. They provided gluten-free options which were delicious! However, the air conditioning was noisy and the breakfast selection was limited to a few items, though the scrambled eggs were tasty. The bathroom amenities were nice, but I could hear neighbors too clearly, which disrupted some rest. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its fabulous location and caring staff, despite the sound issues.

Location is incredible , you step outside and there's so much to see. I found a lovely big room with a beautiful rainforest shower , perfect after our long days exploring.

the noise from other guests was absolutely insufferable, making sleep impossible. i expected, at the very least, some kind of complimentary gesture for this chaos, but of course that didn’t happen. you would think a hotel like this would take customer comfort seriously!

u-sense granada centro is ideally located with restaurants and shops all around the plaza bib-rambla. the hotel was comfy, clean, and the staff went above and beyond by offering fresh lemonade upon arrival. i also loved the beautiful scent from the diffuser at the reception.
